Receiving your Washburn University or Washburn Tech diploma or certificate

Diplomas and certificates are available approximately two months after each semester/term concludes. The Registrar's Office mails, upon completion of degree requirements, one complimentary diploma/certificate. These are mailed to the address provided at the time the student applied to graduate. Diplomas and certificates are not issued if the student has outstanding financial obligations to Washburn.

Diploma replacement

If your diploma has been lost or damaged, you can order a replacement. The cost to replace a diploma is $30 plus an additional mailing fee, and payment must be included with your replacement request. Replacement diplomas will be available approximately two months after the request is placed.
