Washburn Village Apartments

The Washburn Village apartments opened in 2004 and can house up to almost 300 residents in it's four residence buildings which also serve as halls.

In order to qualify to live in the Village students must have at least 24-post-college credit-hours.

Tour Campus

No appointment is necessary to tour the Village apartments. You simply show up to the Village front desk during business hours and the Desk Assistant should be able to give you a tour. If you are looking for a full campus tour please visit the link below:
