Fraternity and Sorority Housing

There are six fraternity and sorority chapter houses at Washburn University. While these organizations are recognized student organizations at Washburn, each chapter house is a private residence and students should fully explore lease terms and living arrangements before signing a contract.

Chapter house capacities are:

Sororities (In Alphabetical Order):

Alpha Phi (ΑΦ) - 35 beds

Delta Gamma (ΔΓ) - 30 beds

Zeta Tau Alpha (ZTA) - 27 beds

Fraternities (In Alphabetical Order):

Alpha Delta (AΔ) - 35 beds

Kappa Sigma (KΣ) – No House

Phi Delta Theta (ΦΔΘ) - 24 beds (Managed through Residential Living)

Sigma Phi Epsilon (ΣΦΕ) - 28 beds
