Renee Burlingham serves as the Senior Executive Assistant to President Mazachek. She joined Washburn in April 2023. Before coming to Washburn, Renee worked at the Kansas Board of Regents for 16 years as a legal assistant to the Board's General Counsel and Special Assistant to the Board's President and CEO.
Renee grew up in Oberlin, Kansas. She earned an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Colby Community College, and then attended Washburn University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
