University Mail and Printing Services

UMAPS provides a wide variety of printing and mailing solutions for all Washburn University departments, employees, students, student groups and guests. Let our professional staff meet your needs.

  • Visit us at our NEW location!
    • Graphic Design and Printing Services are now located in the Ichabod Shop, Memorial Union lower level.
  • Mail Services is located at the Campus Post Office, between Petro and the Football field.

Graphic Design and Printing

UMAPS Graphic Design Services provides layout and design service for your projects. From brochures to posters to variable data mailing pieces a graphic designer can work with you on your design projects.

UMAPS Printing Services can translate images and text from hard copy and digital files into a printed project that meets your needs in black and white or color, business card size to large poster size and from brochures, posters and booklets to letters and resumes. UMAPS can accept a department account for University related projects or check, cash, credit card and iCard Bod Bucks for payment of personal printing.

Mailing

UMAPS Mailing Services provides mail service to the University. It processes incoming and outgoing mail, provides UPS and mail fulfillment services. Personal mailing services on campus are provided through mailing services.

From graphics to printing to mailing, UMAPS' objective is to provide a complete communication package in a professional and economical manner.

Mission Statement

University Mail and Printing Services function is to provide the Univeristy with quality graphic, printing, and mail services in a more timely and cost effective manner than can be obtained from off-campus vendors.  The department provides the University more effective control over documents and materials, seeking to provide its goods and services in a courteous and timely manner, by responding to changes in the needs of the University's constituency efficiently and quickly as resources and University guidelines permit.
