The Finnup Academy is a 5-day residential program that will connect Finnup Scholars to Washburn and the larger Topeka community. Please apply for the Finnup Scholarship in order to be eligible for this program.

When:
Saturday, August 9th - Wednesday, August 13th, 2025

  • Move into residence halls earlier than other first-year students
  • Attend college skills workshops
  • Experience residential college life with a cohort of incoming freshmen from southwest Kansas
