The purpose of this site is to facilitate the submission, review and prioritization of annual capital, equipment and technology requests for the Washburn campus.

We are just starting FY25 and it is time to submit FY26 budget requests for new capital improvements, other equipment and technology. Please keep in mind that supply chain constraints may not allow for requests to be completed during the summer of ’25. Consider requests needed over the next 1-2 years. This is especially important for technology requests. Software is almost always codependent on other software/data. Early identification of systems tagged for replacement is extremely helpful for strategic planning.

The requests will continue to be submitted in Dynamic Forms! Here is a brief explanation of the process. This information is also provided on the site.

The forms are intended to be very straight-forward to fill out and submit. If your requests require a more extensive written proposal, you use the Statement of Need field in the form as an executive summary and then attach supporting documentation. Please note the minimum amount to request from this process is $3,000.

Each request will be reviewed and prioritized.  When you first submit a request, you will be asked to enter the department dean/director who should review this request and set its initial priority. If you are the dean or director, check the appropriate box and set your priority below.

We understand that we may need to assist individuals in filling out the forms.  If you do have questions, you can contact ITS Support at 785.670.3000 or email support@washburn.edu.

We also have instructions on this site.

Once you have submitted a request, you will receive a verification email letting you know that your request has been received. You will also be able to view your request(s) in Forms History.
