Academic History
Wonjae Lee received his MFA in 3D Design and MFA in Sculpture from the University of Iowa. He has taught design fundamentals, 3D Design and Modeling, AutoCAD, Graphic Design, Website Design, UI/UX, and Interactive Design. As head of Graphic Design, Lee has structured the Graphic Design curriculum to not only encourage innovative and cross-disciplinary studies and collaborations within the university and the community but also to prepare students for professional practice. In his own work, Lee’s graphic design research blurs the boundaries of traditional design practice with new and emerging approaches in order to reshape existing design models.
