  • 3. Move Crew & Unloading

When unloading onto the circle drives you cannot leave your car unattended.  A driver must stay with a vehicle at all times.  (See Parking and Traffic Regulations)

If you would like help unloading and moving your belongings into your room,  Move Crew (WU faculty, staff, and student volunteers) will gladly help you.   Move Crew is only available until 5:00 p.m. on August 17th and can be identified by their bright shirts.

Label all of your things! While Move Crew is great at helping you get all of your belongings from your vehicle to your room in one quick trip, it is incredibly helpful if you label all of your belongings with your NAME and SUITE/ROOM/APT NUMBER.  Rarely are belongings lost on Move-In Day, but labeling any boxes and miscellaneous items helps to ensure that everything makes it to your room quickly and easily.

When labeling, use this format:

[First Name] [Last Name], [Room/Suite/Apt. Number]
