Include
an opening screen in multimedia projects that states you have used
copyrighted material under the fair use exemption of the US Copyright Law.
When
obtaining permission to use more of a copyrighted work than fair use
allows, ask for written permission and keep a copy of the permission in
your files.
DON'T
Do
not exceed the fair use limits on the amount of a copyrighted work that
can be used without asking for permission.
