Visit The Ichabod Shop for more information on Grad Fair and purchasing regalia. Washburn Tech graduates can purchase regalia from the Ichabod Shop on Washburn Tech's campus.
We ask students and their guests to arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to their ceremony. Students need to report to the Bradbury Thompson Alumni Center (1701 SW Jewell).
Parking is free on campus. The closest lots are Lot 10 and Lot 11, west of White Concert Hall and east of MacVicar Ave, off 17th Street. View campus map
University staff will be available to assist guests with special needs. It is recommended that students and guests requiring assistance and/or special seating send an email to Janet Schneider (Commencement Director) or call 785.670.1310 at least two weeks prior to the ceremony date.
