How to Fest

Box Office

The WIFI Film Festival is free to the public but you will still need to get tickets from Eventbrite. Only one digital or print ticket per person is needed. Tickets are good for the entire event (no need to register for each day). However, you will need to present your ticket each day for a new event wristband.

The opening and closing receptions are by invitation only.

When entering campus from 17th Street on to Southwest Jewell Avenue:

On your immediate left will be the Rita Blitt Gallery (there is a sign). Connected to the Rita Blitt Gallery is White Concert Hall. Although there are stairs leading up to it, there is an accessible entrance.

On your immediate right will be the Bradbury Thompson Alumni Center.

Parking

There are two parking lot options:

  • At 17th and Southwest Jewell, there is parking (lot 10) to the south of the Bradbury Thompson Alumni Center, which extends to the west across Southwest Plass (lot 11) toward MacVicar Avenue (north of the Washburn University School of Law).
  • There is additional parking off MacVicar Avenue south of the Law School (lot 9) which is most easily accessed from MacVicar and 19th Street.

Bikes and Buses

There is a bike rack underneath the walkway that connects the Memorial Union and the Living Learning Center (they both have signs). After you have turned on to Southwest Jewell Avenue from 17th Street, go to the end of the roundabout. The bike rack is to the left of the roundabout underneath the walkway.
