Diploma Mailing

Diplomas are usually available six to eight weeks after the end of each semester or term. Graduates may pick their diplomas up in the Student One Stop, Morgan Welcome Center during regular business hours. You must present a photo ID in order to pick up your diploma, and we can’t release your diploma if you have any outstanding financial obligations to the University.

If you are not able to pick up your diploma in person, it can be mailed to you. The fee for having your diploma mailed is $7.00. Please note that students must request to have their diplomas mailed. They will not be mailed automatically.
