Reception: September 30, 5:30 - 7:30 pm While de-constructing and rewriting the American narrative, these artists examine our culture through the use of language, satire and irony. Pop culture, the destruction of the environment, gender roles, the obsession with consumer goods and the theft of lands from Native populations are some of the topics explored.
