Wired Device Registration

Devices on Washburn University’s wired (Ethernet) network must be registered in our Network Access Control system (Network Sentry). The system is set up for individuals to self-register. To get to the registration page, individuals must be physically plugged into a wall port with a device that can access a web browser (such as a desktop or a laptop). Once on the registration page individuals must accept the Acceptable Use Policy, after which they will be presented with options to register their current device, register a gaming device or other device that can’t access the portal, or view/delete their currently registered hosts.

If you have issues registering your device please contact support at 785-670-3000 or stop by the Help Desk in Bennett 104 on the Washburn campus or Building A East, Room 115 on the Washburn Tech campus.

5) Enter your username (first.last@washburn.edu) in the USERNAME field, and your password in the PASSWORD field.
