Speaking Truth to Intolerance

An Undergraduate Conference Representing Student Research and Creative Work

Please join us on April 5-6, 2013, as Washburn University hosts its first undergraduate conference focused on diversity.  "Speaking Truth to Intolerance" will be a 2-day event exploring active responses to intolerance in the U.S. and around the world.

The conference will begin with a presentation by filmmaker Patrick Mureithi of his documentary, ICYIZERE: hope, an examination of the healing process for victims and perpetrators of the 1994 Rwandan genocide. A day of panels and exhibits of undergraduate work will follow.

Students from colleges and universities across the nation are invited to submit presentations based on research or creative activity.  Please see our Call for Presenters for more information.

Please join us at this exciting event!
