May 17, 2024 marks 70 years since the landmark Brown v. Board decision, which declared racial segregation in public schools unconstitutional. In celebration, the Mulvane galleries will be open for additional hours May 17-19. Come visit our exhibitions CRAVING LIGHT and I Dream a World, which both speak to the experiences of Black Americans in the years preceding and following Brown v. Board.
