WUAD for Faculty and Staff

  • After you receive your MyWashburn/e-mail account, you are assigned a WUAD account which authorizes you to use certain campus computer resources, such as lab computers, office PCs, and other computing systems.
  • Initial WUAD account information may be obtained through the Campus Computer Login Information.
  • New employees who have not received an account activation code should first check with the VPAA office (for faculty) or Human Resources (for staff) to find out the status of employment data entry in the administrative software.
  • WUAD user names are limited to 8 characters (NOT the same as MyWashburn/e-mail user name).
  • Shared directories (also known as shared drives) are automatically set up for each department.
