Fitness Competitions

These fun competitions will test several areas of your fitness.  Then you will be able to compare your results to others in your age range on campus.  There will be winners from each event and they will be crowned “WU’s Most Fit”, other participants will be able to win t-shirts for competing.   The results will also assist you in developing a more effective exercise routine.  Come and try one of these competitions to find out, “How fit you are?” For more details about each specific competition see the links to the left.

WU’s Most Fit

Are you WU ’s Most Fit Bod? WU’s Most Fit Competition is a way to find out. Individual's fitness levels will be assessed using five modalities: bike, flexibility, treadmill, abdominal strength and bench press. Participants will be competing in divisions based on age and gender.

SRWC Mini-Triathlon

This fun competition will assess your cardiovascular endurance and will compare your results to others in your age range on campus. The competition will run just like a Triathlon, once the time starts it will continue to run until you finish.  You must complete the distances for each event: elliptical, bike, and treadmill plus the transitions periods.

Bench Press Max Out

This fun competition will assess your muscle strength for the bench press and will compare your results to others on campus.
