Hold the Stuffing is a six-week holiday weight maintenance incentive program that traditionally spans the Thanksgiving and Winter break holidays.
Movement for Improvement
Movement for Improvement is an eight week activity based program that allows participants to decide their own level of activity and involvement. The program traditionally runs during the summer months.
Walktoberfest is a six-week walking program designed to educate participants in the benefits of adding a daily routine of moderately-paced walking to their activity choices. The program traditionally runs between October and November.
Resolution Solution is a six-week program that assists participants in maintaining or beginning healthy lifestyle choices. The program traditionally runs between February and March.
5K Training Program
Training for a race can be both an exciting and nerve-wracking experience. Taking part in group training will help you maximize your enjoyment on race day while building camaraderie and creating a support network. The 5K training program runs six weeks between August and September to get participants ready for the annual Alumni Fun Run.
