Late Fees

Unless otherwise noted here, a 15% late fee applies to registrations made less than two weeks prior to the program's start date.

Please contact the Joint Center on Violence and Victim Studies as soon as possible if you are not able to attend a course in which you are registered:

  • Full refunds are available if a registration is cancelled on or before the listed late fee date.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the late fee date.
  • Registrants may transfer to the same course scheduled at a later date within one year of the original course date.  Transfers made after the late fee date are assessed an administrative fee of 15% on the standard course price.
  • Registrants who fail to show for a course will not be transferred to another course.
  • Substitutes may be sent at no additional cost.

The Joint Center on Violence and Victim Studies reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons deemed appropriate in which case a full refund will be issued. Liability is for registration fee only.
