Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Payment may be made by credit card, check or purchase order (invoice).  Course fees shall be paid in full at time of registration.  Individuals will only considered active registrants once payment has been received.

If you are unable to attend a course in which you are registered, please contact Academic Outreach as soon as possible.  Unless otherwise noted, the deadline for course withdrawal is two weeks prior to the event.  Cancellations made prior to that time will receive a full refund or may transfer to the same course at a later date.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to an event.  However, a substitute may be sent in your place without additional cost.  Transfers to a course scheduled at a later date may be made with an additional 15% administrative fee.

Academic Outreach reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons deemed appropriate, in which case a full refund will be issued. Liability is for the registration fee only.

Late Fees

Unless otherwise noted, an additional 15% will be assessed for all registrations received less than two weeks prior to an event.
