Semi-Annual Awards

The Center for Organizational Excellence awards the Professional Certificate of Completion twice a year – generally in August and January. Individuals who have completed their project and have conducted a final report out per the approval of the Lean Six Sigma consultant should submit a brief summary of the LSS project for inclusion in a program book that is distributed at the event semi-annual event. The summary should only be one to two pages sent as a WORD document attachment following this structure:

•    Title

•    Author

•    Problem

•    Approach

•    Results

Since a mixed audience will likely be viewing the program book, proprietary information should not be included. The summary must be received no later than July 1 in order to receive the award in August; December 1 in order to receive the award in January.

The next awards event is August 11, 2014 from 11:30a.m. – 1:00p.m. An invitations to the award recipient and a guest will be sent approximately a month in advance.

Submit summary reports to Thomas Underwood
