Developing Behavioral Styles, Personal Maturity and Leadership Skills
This program helps executives develop behaviors, maturity and accountability in multiple skill areas related to the key workplace competencies of managing relationships, results, change and decisions. The course is targeted to executives seeking to be challenged to higher levels of personal achievement and accountability. Each participant is encouraged to select three to six areas for improvement from the designated skill areas over the duration of the program. The participant will develop and commit to a short term plan for taking action on each area of improvement. Regular e-mail communication with the facilitator is maintained between course sessions for support and feedback to promote participant accountability and help them achieve success with the new challenge.
The course is offered in three, six-hour day sessions scheduled over a period of several weeks. Course session are from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Materials, refreshments and lunches are provided. The schedule allows for an interactive group session with colleagues or peers followed by written assignments and email coaching with the instructor between sessions.
