The Directions in Organizational Leadership offers an in-depth and comprehensive opportunity for individuals working in an array of work environments to enhance the knowledge, skills, and attitudes essential for continued leadership professional development. The program guides participants though various relationship, task, and change orientations integral to effective leadership for the development of an individualized Leadership Action Plan. The program is facilitated by Rich Drinon, consultant and established instructor for Academic Outreach at Washburn. Program materials include Rich’s book “Stepping Up To Leadership,” a course workbook, and web-based materials.

The program format is five full days of class scheduled once a week supplemented with web-based readings and assignments. Full and satisfactory participation in all aspects of the program is required for award of a professional certificate of completion issued by Washburn University.

Cost is $1,250. A 10% organizational discount for three or more registrations is available.
