Sociology / Anthropology

The club only holds meeting when necessary to bring the group all together to make decisions. We are a club of action instead of meetings. If you would like to make sure you are informed on club items, please send us an email at the link below and we will be happy to add you to our email list.

Sociology/Anthropology Club

The SO/AN Club is a student organization open to all persons interested in the scientific and humanistic understanding of social life.

While the club does not have regularly scheduled meetings (we are a club of action rather than sitting in meetings), we do schedule a minimum of one SO/AN related activity every month. For example, these activities range from documentary and other movie viewings, panel discussions on social events, faculty and student presentations, engagement with local service organizations, volunteering opportunities, and laid-back get-togethers.

Membership dues are $5.00 per semester.  Benefits of membership includes voting rights, discounted club merchandise, and discounted club event fees.

The Sociology/Anthropology Club members are all enjoying the summer break. We look forward to seeing you in the fall and to another awesome year of events and activities.
