Program Requirements for Participants

Successful participation in the program requires full commitment to the following:   

  • Attendance – full attendance at all scheduled sessions and group meetings
  • Assignments - complete all pre-session and post-session assignments
  • Continuous Leadership Development – complete two leadership development activities external to the program
  • Individualized Action Plan – due as a final outcome
  • Organizational Action Plan  - as part of a Leadership Project Group, participate, develop, and present a plan for organizational improvement

Participants may be dismissed from the program for failure to comply with these requirements. Specific requirements are subject to change.
