March 2, 2018 6:00 pm: Join us in conversation with Gabriel Racca from Kansas City Community Gardens on creating community gardens in your neighborhood. Pesticide freed, organic and shown to increase community bonds, this initiative for creating a safe and healthy space in communities is a growing trend across the United States. ArtLab Family Days: Color

March 3, 2018, 1-4 pm: Join us as we celebrate the power of color to change our lives as part of Holi, a vibrant cultural celebration of India.

March 9, 2018, 6:00 pm: Irish poet, Desmond Egan is back to share his poetry and thoughts about the Mulvane Art Museum's collection and the works of Irish painter, Aloysius O'Kelly, on view in the exhibition, Endangered Art.

ArtLab Family Days: Bees & Butterflies

March 10, 2018, 1-4 pm: An expert from Kansas State Research Extension will join us in the ArtLab to share the vital connection bees and butterflies play in gardening and the world. Join us in creating your very own Community Gardens art project! Seeds and pots provided. Co-sponsored by the Tonantzin Society of Topeka.
