Procedure for Terminated Employees

  1. Submit a voice mail password reset form. 
  2. Submit a phone service request form.  Let us know if you want the name in caller id to (temporarily) display “vacant.” Click on Name Change on the form.
  3. Change the personal verification & voice mail greeting at the terminated employee’s phone.
  4. Until a replacement person is hired, you may want to contact the staff who changes phone directory information by sending e-mail to:  office-changes@washburn.edu.
