Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Sciences or related field.  Two years of experience that includes SQL programming and database management support.  Experience using Excel spreadsheets to organize, format, filter, chart and report data. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing; to manage multiple projects concurrently; to work independently and collaboratively with multiple constituencies; to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.  Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills.
