Fitness and Wellness

The goal of the wellness program is to assist individuals in establishing lifestyle patterns that will enhance their well-being throughout their lives. The wellness program is designed to provide opportunities that emphasize the seven dimensions of wellness: emotional, intellectual, physical, social, occupational,environmental, and spiritual wellness. With your personal commitment, the services we provide will assist you in achieving your fitness goals and improving the quality of your life.  For more information about the programs listed below, see the links to the left. 

Wellness Resource Center

The Student Recreation and Wellness Center provides SRWC members the opportunity to check out materials from the Wellness Resource Center. Materials may be checked out for a maximum of seven days. If you need an item for a longer period of time, you can renew your materials to extend the due date. Items can be renewed unless there is a hold request on them.
