
A variety of group exercise classes are offered free of charge to all SRWC members. Class offerings are designed so you can work at your own intensity level. Schedules are available both below and in the SRWC.

CLASS LIMIT
20 participants per class (12 for cycling, 18 for Zumba Sentao).
Reserve your spot in each class by signing up at the SRWC front desk one hour prior to class. There are no additional fees for group exercise classes.
ADVANCED CYCLING
Challenge yourself and advance your fitness capabilities. Develop both leg strength power and cardiovascular endurance with this indoor cycling class. Alternate between climbing hard hills, attacking wicked hills, and sprinting on flats with short recovery periods. Moderate to very hard intensity.
CYCLE SOCIAL
Great for beginners or those seeking a relaxed social workout, this indoor cycling class provides a fun and effective workout. Get information on bike set-up, body position, pedaling speed, and intensity. Watch bike-related videos during your ride. Light to moderately vigorous intensity
RHYTHM RIDE
This dynamic indoor cycling class matches pedaling speed and intensity with music. Journey through steady flats, slight inclines, explosive hills, and sprinting. Great for developing endurance and strength while feeling the power of the music. Moderate to vigorous intensity.
YOGA
This mixed level class is for beginning and continuing participants in yoga. Instruction in the fundamentals of body alignment through basic yoga postures and introduction to more advance standing, sitting, twisting, forward bending, and back bending postures.
ZUMBA
Ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and see the original dance-fitness party. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats. It's easy to do, effective and totally echilarating. Moderate to vigorous intensity.
ZUMBA SENTAO
This explosive chair-based choreography strengthens your core, torches calories and sculpts muscle. Revolutionize your cardio with resistance training and exotic world rhythms. Great for beginners, combining dance and traditional fitness moves. Moderate to vigorous intensity.
ZUMBA TONING
When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar. Learn how to use light weights to enhance rhythm and tone all target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast. Moderate to vigorous intensity.
