Full session summer courses end today.

Washburn Tech hosts a showcase day. Come explore all of the opportunities at Tech, available from 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. today. Begin at Building A.

Last day to withdraw from a late session summer course.

Tuesday, July 22

Faculty must submit grades for full session courses today.

Wednesday, July 23

Yoga on the Lawn will be offered every Wednesday until the weather gets too cold. Join the SRWC's yoga instructor, Mimi Smith, at noon by the large tree near Carole Chapel. Yoga also is offered at the SRWC on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:10 to 12:45.

An intensive course design symposium for faculty members begins today and continues through Wednesday. Contact The Center for Teaching Excellence and Learning, C-TEL, at 785.670.2546, for more information. Each day the program runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 6

Yoga on the Lawn, taught by Mimi Smith and brought to you by the SRWC, begins at 12:10 in the grassy area near Carole Chapel. Yoga also is offered at the SRWC on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:10 to 12:45.

Thursday, Aug. 7

Washburn Tech is hosting a Meet the Instructors event today.

Faculty: Interested in teaching more with the latest technology? Plan to attend the C-TEL-sponsored Teaching Technologies Symposium from noon to 4:30 p.m. today. Friday, Aug. 8

Join the Washburn Alumni Association tonight from 5-7 p.m. for the monthly After Hours social at the Bradbury Thompson Alumni Center. Dues paid members of the association are admitted free. The cost to others is $5.

Staff Council meets at 3 p.m. in the Lincoln Room, upper level, Memorial Union.
