Visit campus and experience firsthand the personal attention ICHABODS enjoy. It’s the best way for you to get to know us, and we’d be thrilled to meet you!
There are many ways for you to visit Washburn: personalized campus visits, Ichabod Days for seniors and juniors; and Ichabods at Night. Call us at 877-281-BODS (2637), and we’ll arrange something that suits your needs.
On a personalized visit, you’ll take a campus tour with a current Washburn student, speak with faculty about your area of academic interest, and get your questions about admissions and scholarships answered by an admissions counselor. We schedule your day’s activities around tours beginning at 10, 11, 1, and 2. These visits typically last 2 hours. To schedule a visit, sign in or create an online account. You may also contact the Office of Admissions at 785.670.1030 or 877.281.BODS (2637).

Calling all seniors! Wondering what it's like to live on a real college campus? You're invited to stay the night in Washburn's premiere residence hall or one of the welcoming Greek chapter houses for our "seniors only" event, Ichabods at Night! Whether you're just starting your college search or have already received your acceptance letter, Ichabods at Night is the perfect opportunity to experience a slice of college life.
You'll be paired with a current student who will help you cheer on the Ichabods at an NCAA sporting event, share dinner with you in Stauffer Commons, and show you what Topeka and Washburn have to offer! And don't worry, the event is free, so all you have to worry about is bringing your bedding.
An Emergency Contact and Release Form needs to be signed by the student (or a parent/guardian over the age of 18) and turned in when the student comes to campus.
